Territory

Historically, the territory of Weinan was changed with the evolution of dynasties over and over again. Take Tongzhou Prefecture in Qing Dynasty, Weinan Prefecture in 1953 and Weinan Prefecture after 1984 for example.

Remarking investment promotion: Weinan has signed 264 projects for investment promotion with total investment of RMB 51.02 billion Yuan, and actual paid-in funds of RMB 16.52 billion Yuan, increased 132%, including 237 new projects under implementation with actual paid-in funds of RMB 9.13 billion Yuan; and it attracted three foreign-based enterprises with contract investment of foreign funds of US$ 21.74 million, reduced by 78.7%, and actual investment of foreign funds of US$ 44.70 million, reduced by 18.7%.
